To be eligible for PracticePlus, you must be an eye care professional qualified to dispense prescription eyewear to consumers. Currently the program is offered only to qualifying ECP in the United States and Canada.  Only KODAK Progressive lenses qualify for PracticePlus and they must be purchased through an authorized independent wholesale lab.

As with any program of this type, you should obtain express consent or approval of your employer prior to participating. Funds received from PracticePlus are taxable.
